I am really amazed by very detailed explanation of how they probiotics differ from other brands and I found it interesting to learn about the delivery system into the guts. I have only been taking it for a week and so far I notice more frequent bowel movement like 3 times a day, so far so good
I have been taking this probiotic for a couple of weeks now, and have been noticing a difference! Before I was taking BIOHM (which I still take occasionally- I added this probiotic on top for extra support). I feel like this one has made more of a difference than BIOHM or other probiotics I've tried. My digestion is better and more consistent, although I have been eating really well and drinking plenty of water on top of taking this supplement. I do wish the CFU count was higher- my doctor told me I should be taking something with at least 30 billion, so sometimes I take two of these. But part of what drew me to these was the claim about more of the bacteria actually reaching and surviving in your gut, as opposed to other probiotics where the CFU count is higher, but fewer of the bacteria make it to your gut anyway. And for the price, I can double up on these for cheaper than single doses of some of the higher count probiotics. So all around, I'd recommend giving it a shot!
It is shelf stable, can be taken any time of day with or without food. I started taking one per day and now i am up to two. Works well with consistent use.
This Probiotic is working wonderful. It has replaced the one I was using. I struggle with Candida and almost everything I ate caused bloating and bubble guts. I currently take 3 a day, but hope to be down to 1 soon.
I have used two bottles of this probiotic, and just ordered my third bottle. I cannot tell you exactly what has changed in my body since I started taking the supplement, because I also started taking the Balance ONE liver support, vitamin C, and oregano oil around the same time. I have struggled with a Candida infection for 8.5 years and didn't know what would help me. The Ultimate Candida Program is the most holistic approach I've found. I've significantly altered my diet -- removing sugar, dairy (except nonfat plain Greek yogurt and butter, which the book says are OK on this diet) and gluten, plus a lot of foods that are technically healthy, but feed Candida. I feel better than I have in a very long time, but my journey is not over. My symptoms have reduced, but still exist. However, I feel confident I'll be OK now that I've found the Ultimate Candida Program. The creator of that program created this probiotic, so at this point, I trust it.
