If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your Balance ONE supplements, we want to know. Our priority is your satisfaction, and our team is here to help. Email us at support@balanceone.com and we’ll work with you to resolve any issue—whether that means answering questions, offering product guidance, or processing a return.
Return Policy (U.S. Orders)
60-Day Satisfaction Promise: Try your Balance ONE products with confidence. You have 60 days from delivery to request help with returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Refunds to Original Payment (first 30 days)
- Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- A small return processing fee applies to help cover shipping and payment costs: $6 or 12% of the item price (whichever is greater), capped at $20.
- Prefer not to pay a fee? Choose store credit and we’ll waive the fee.
Store Credit (days 31–60)
- From day 31 through day 60, returns are eligible for store credit.
- No return processing fee is applicable when you choose store credit.
Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items
- Exchanges are free. We’ll ship your replacement once your return is in transit.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right—no fees.
How Returns Work
- Email support@balanceone.com with your order number and whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- We’ll send simple instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Pack items securely (original packaging helps) and drop off the parcel. We begin processing once the carrier scans your return.
Timing: Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days after we receive and process your return, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Notes & Exceptions
- We offer free outbound shipping on U.S. orders over $20; the return processing fee helps offset shipping and payment processing costs.
- Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser; proof of purchase may be required.
International Orders
Due to customs regulations and cross-border logistics, we’re unable to accept returns on international orders. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@balanceone.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you on a replacement or other solution. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Orders Placed via Marketplaces
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace (e.g., Amazon or Walmart), please start your return or exchange through that marketplace’s portal so we can follow their tracking and refund process.
