No Return Necessary (Open Bottles)

If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your Balance ONE supplements, we want to know. If you don’t feel the difference, we don’t want your money.

You have 90 Days to decide. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, simply email us at support@balanceone.com.

  • Opened Bottles: You do not need to return opened bottles. We will refund you in cash for the first opened bottle of each product. Keep it, pass it to a friend, or recycle it.
  • Unopened Bottles: If you purchased a bundle or multipack, simply return the unopened bottles for a full refund.
  • No Fees: We do not charge restocking fees or processing fees. Ever.

How it Works for Kits & Bundles

If you buy a Kit or Multipack, your order is still risk-free.

  • We will refund the first opened bottle of each specific product in your kit or bundle (no return needed). This gives you a full month or two (depending on the product) to test it.
  • If you decide the product isn't for you, simply return the remaining unopened bottles for a full refund of the rest of your kit. We'll provide a free shipping label.

International Orders

We are proud to ship to our customers in Canada, the UK, Australia, and beyond. We know international shipping is a commitment, so we have designed a policy that protects your purchase without the hassle of expensive return shipping.

Many of our international customers start with the Candida Kit or larger bundles. Our guarantee covers your full protocol:

  1. If you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund for the first opened bottle of each unique product in your kit. You do not need to ship these open bottles back to us.
  2. To receive a refund for the remainder of your kit (the unopened bottles), please mail them back to us. Once received, we will issue a full refund for the value of the unopened items.
  3. While we refund the full cost of the product, return shipping costs for unopened items are the responsibility of the customer.
    (Since international return shipping can be expensive, please contact support if you wish to return unopened items so we can find the best solution for you).

    How to Request a Refund

    We keep this simple. No portals to log into, no hoops to jump through.

    1. Email Us: Send a note to support@balanceone.com with your Order Number.
    2. Tell Us: Let us know which product didn't work for you. (We’d love to know why, so we can improve, but it’s not required).
    3. Get Paid: We will process your refund to your original payment method within 24–48 business hours.

    What if my order arrives damaged?
    Please don't worry. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo immediately. We will send a replacement free of charge.

    Can I get a refund on a 3-pack if I only opened one?
    Yes! We will refund you for the opened bottle (no return needed). If you wish to return the two unopened bottles, we will send you a prepaid return label (U.S. Only) and refund those as well once received.

    Do you offer Store Credit?
    We offer cash refunds to your original payment method because we believe it's the right thing to do. However, if you would prefer store credit to try a different Balance ONE formula, just let our team know—we can make that happen instantly.
