If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy.
If you would like to return your product, please contact us at support@balanceone.com within 60 days of your purchase. We will then issue you with a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address for our returns center. The item must be returned to us at our return address.
On orders over $50, please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the cost of receiving and restocking the products in our warehouse.
For international orders, please note that we cannot accept returns due to customs charges and regulations, shipping and restocking costs.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned products. When you return your item, please consider purchasing tracking to ensure the products are successfully delivered to the specified address.
