Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy on all US purchases. If you decide a product isn’t right for you, contact us at support@balanceone.com within 60 days of the purchase date. We’ll guide you through the return process step by step.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll inspect and process it promptly. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your returned items. Please note that a 10% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover warehouse handling and restocking costs.

International Orders

Due to customs regulations, international shipping fees, and storage concerns, we’re unable to accept returns on international orders. We understand this can be frustrating, so we encourage our international customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
