Trista Best is a Registered Dietitian, Environmental Health Specialist, Adjunct Nutrition Professor, and Consultant with Balance ONE Supplements. She has worked in Public Health for over 10 years.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University (2009), Master of Public Health Nutrition from Liberty University (2014), Bachelor of Science in Food and Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama (2018), a Dietetic Internship through Iowa State University, and Dietitian Registration in 2018. Her background spans public health and weight‑maintenance private practice.
As a dietitian, she equips clients with practical skills to take control of their health, one decision at a time, and works with women and children to build sustainable, healthy habits.
