I started taking this with other Balance One supplements to rid myself of a candida overgrowth issue from Covid. All the supplements did their jobs (antifungals & digestive enzymes) along with dietary changes. I continue to take the probiotic because it is timed release and works to keep the bad bacteria in check. My gut is happy and so am I.

I have been taking Serra defend Digedtive enzyme capsules once daily empty stomach in the morning for over a month now along with other health supplements. I am on blood pressure meds and the three new supplements from Balance One made my blood pressure go down very low. I stopped them and blood pressure came back up. I like the Cand Assist it was helping but the blood pressure went very low.
I stopped and won't take them any longer.
